My sojourn as an online entrepreneur began three years ago. And since then, I have read and heard online entrepreneurs complain about having too much to do and insufficient time to handle them. This problem has drastically reduced the productivity of a lot of online entrepreneurs in the past while some currently have similar problems.

As an online entrepreneur, you have tons of business tasks craving for your time: the 24 hours you have to conduct your business, eat, sleep, and do some other things. I have a similar problem as an online entrepreneur too. However, that has not stopped me from reaching my goals. I only find a convenient way to work smarter and faster.

I take full advantage of a couple of tools to simplify my tasks so that I can get them done without breaking down under the weight of too many uncompleted tasks.

Let me share my little secret: some of the tools behind my efficiency. They can still be behind yours too.

1. Dropbox

This is one tool you can’t take away from me. According to this online source, “Dropbox is a personal cloud storage service (sometimes referred to as an online backup service) that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration.

The Dropbox application is available for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux desktop operating systems. There are also apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry devices. “

My online presence is incomplete without this online storage tool that can also be used for transferring software. The irony is that I took this tool for granted until I had a nasty experience that taught me a bitter lesson.

I had just completed the job of a client and was supposed deliver here and there. For no apparent reason, I decided to wait a bit. Up till this moment, I can’t explain what happened to my PC. It refused to come up. Needless to say that I lost the job, got the bashing of my life, and lost a promising client. The fact that I had no backup for the job did not help the matter. Since then, I have always stored my important files on Dropbox.

Even if you accidentally lost your PC as I lost mine, you can easily retrieve the saved data or information from another system provided you remember your login details. It is very easy to use and gives you a dependable backup always.

2. Quickbooks

Quickbooks is another important tool that has helped me with accounting. Recording your sales income, keeping track of your expenses and bills, and running payroll to your employees are some of the functions of this accounting software.

Think about any accounting job you want to get done and think about Quick Books. You will get things done faster with this tool than anything else. It is the ultimate software for you regardless of whatever online business you are passionate about.

Remember that keeping your records accurate and up to date is one of the many effective ways to know the current status. Since I started using this program to manage my accounts, I have allayed my worries over keeping my accounts accurate and up-to-date.

3. Keap (Formerly Infusionsoft)

Keap is an excellent customer relationship management tool. I use this tool to automate my marketing processes, organize my marketing efforts, manage my email, and carry out other functions that contribute to the success of my online business. This has helped me to get more leads over the years. Apart from this benefit, its awesome features that have been of great assistance are:

  • It will help you target the right audience and capture more leads.
  • Improved conversion rates as you can easily use the tool to get to the right audience.
  • You can also manage your sales process. I have used the tool effectively to manage those I follow after a successful marketing campaign.

Keap is a beast when it comes to capturing leads. A trial is all you need to be convinced of the efficiency of this awesome tool.

4. Google analytics

This s one of the most powerful tools used by internet business entrepreneurs to track how their consumers’ behavior. Whether you want to track your blog or website and collect some valuable data, Google analytics is the best for doing just that.

Some of its features that I personally appreciate include the ability to know the specific location of my traffic. That allows me to target my blog content toward my best traffic source. I also use it to know the best-performing of all my keywords so that I can work on using those keywords to push for more organic visitors.

If you are having a traffic problem on your blog or website, you should consider using Google analytics to find out what problems the problem is. That knowledge will help you take the necessary action that will turn around the condition of your blog. Trust me; I am a living witness of the transformational power of this amazing tool.

These are some of the numerous tools of the tools that have helped me manage my business and nurture it to success. Rather than being overwhelmed with the inability to improve your business, use these tools and your business will thrive.
